This review is based solely on my personal experience with this agency, and I can honestly say that I never expected to find a travel agency I could trust 100% just by randomly coming across them on Instagram and Facebook. From the very beginning, Meetup Travel exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. A special thank you to Ms. Allie, who arranged our entire family tour in Hanoi and Sapa. We only had a few days to explore, but they made every moment count and made us feel truly special throughout the trip. Ms. Allie even took the time to have a video call with us so we could carefully plan our itinerary and schedules. She personally suggested beautiful places to visit and even recommended delicious local food for us to try. Everything was thoughtfully planned according to our preferences. Even the hotels they booked for us were absolutely beautiful and beyond what we expected! We were also impressed by their local tour guides. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, fluent in English, and, most importantly, always punctual. We never had to worry about being late or missing anything because everything was well-organized. A big thank you as well to Ms. Krystal, who constantly reminded us of our schedules, meeting places, and what was next on our itinerary. She always checked on us to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were having a comfortable and hassle-free experience. What truly touched us was how thoughtful the entire Meetup Travel team was. They even surprised my little cousin with a cake for her 9th birthday last July 2026. 🥹🎂 Such a simple gesture, but it meant so much to our family and showed just how much they genuinely care about their guests. Honestly, the service and experience they provided to us and our family were far beyond what we paid for the tour. The value, attention to detail, and genuine care they gave us were exceptional. Northern Vietnam 9 day tour
We had a wonderful experience with Meet Up Travel during our family trip to Vietnam. Phoenix did an excellent job creating our itinerary, carefully planning our visits to Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Ninh Binh. The itinerary was well organized and allowed us to experience the best of Vietnam at a comfortable pace. While we were in Vietnam, Chloe took great care of all our requirements and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our journey. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive, always ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent job by the entire team! The updates and arrangements were precise and well coordinated, starting from the moment we left home in Malaysia until we safely returned home from Vietnam. Stress Free and Headache free travel! I could relax!
Meet up made my first trip to Saigon stress-free. From arranging fast-track to my city tours and again fast-track during departure, they made sure all I had guidance all the way. They listened to my requests and made sure I had all the details of the plan. I also had daily texts for the plans for the ff day. I truly felt I had the Meet Up te behind me! I would use their services again in the future and would recommend them. 2 thumbs up!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Memorable Vietnam Experience with Meetup Travel We had such a wonderful experience with Meetup Travel during our Vietnam holiday, and we are especially grateful to Hazel, Krystal, and Phoenix for making the entire trip so smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Phoenix did an excellent job coordinating everything for us — from our stay and sightseeing in Hanoi, to our travel arrangements to Da Nang, and our beautiful Lan Ha Bay cruise booking. Everything was handled efficiently and thoughtfully, which meant we could simply enjoy the holiday without worrying about the logistics. A very special mention to Hazel and Krystal, who went beyond just helping us with our travel arrangements. It was so lovely to finally meet them in person in Hanoi. Before we left for Dubai, they actually took the time to come and meet us and say goodbye, which was such a thoughtful and personal gesture. They also surprised us with the sweetest little Vietnamese coffee souvenirs to take home. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful touch, and it really showed the warmth and care they put into looking after their guests. We came away feeling that we had not just dealt with a travel company, but with people who genuinely cared about making our trip special. From Hanoi to Lan Ha Bay and Da Nang, the whole experience was wonderfully organised. Hazel, Krystal, and Phoenix were always responsive, patient, helpful, and dependable throughout our journey. Good trip with big group!
We just returned from an unforgettable 22-day trip through Vietnam — Hanoi, Da Nang, Phú Quốc, and Ho Chi Minh City — organized by Meetup Vietnam, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything came together. Traveling as a big group with kids is never easy, and there were bound to be a few hiccups along the way, but the team handled everything with patience and genuine care. A huge thank you to Ted, Jennie, Henry, and Krystal Stella. Our tour guides went above and beyond to make sure every one of us had an amazing time. Each city had its own charm, and it was clear a lot of thought went into the itinerary. I really appreciated how hard they worked to keep everyone happy, even when that’s not an easy task with a group our size. The best experience with MeetUp Travel!
I would like to share our outstanding experience with MeetUp Travel Vietnam. (Hanoi - SAPA - HANOI) Everything was handled seamlessly from airport transfers, transportation, hotel accommodations, to meal arrangements — all completely hassle-free.😍 The team also gave us excellent recommendations for souvenir shopping and places to visit during our free time, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A special highlight was the surprise birthday cake arranged for us. A Very Memorable Experience and Hassle free Tour
It was a very hectic schedule but @Meetup Travel manage to handle it very well. Meetup Travel help us made our vacation go smoothly from transportation to hotel bookings to store recommendations and etc. Everything was well arranged you guys did a great job. Hassle-Free & Memorable Vietnam Family Trip!🇻🇳❤️
We really enjoyed our whole Vietnam family trip with Meetup Travel! Everything was worth it and hassle free because they arranged everything for us, from taxi pick-ups, hotel and restaurant bookings, and other travel arrangements. All we had to do was relax and enjoy! 😍 They were also very accommodating and always kept in touch with us, checking if everything was okay throughout the trip. Ba Na Hills & Hoi An Experience Absolutely loved our private trip to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An! ✨ We booked everything with Meet Up Travel, and honestly, they were excellent from start to finish! The VIP Fast Track and WOW Ticket made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free, no long queues, just straight in and enjoy. 🙌 Having a private tour guide with us throughout the trip was such a bonus. Our guide was so helpful, friendly and patient, sharing interesting stories and local tips, and even helping us snap photos throughout the whole trip! 📸❤️ Everything was perfectly organised, from the booking to transportation, tickets and the tour itself. Efficient Visa application
I would highly recommend the services provided by Meetup Vietnam. I am a Tanzanian citizen and applying for a visa individually into Vietnam is quite a challenge. I reached out to Meetup Vietnam and they immediately helped me out with the application. They took care of the VOA application, and ensured that my immigration processing went through very smoothly. I was through within minutes! Additionally, they are very kind and willing to help. A shout out to Duy-Danny and Krystal for helping me out with the application!

A memorable experience
My family and I had an amazing experience in Vietnam. We fully trusted Meetup Travel, and they did not disappoint. Everything was handled, starting from the Visa to transportation, meals, tickets, and much more. Everything we discussed online regarding the trip was executed nicely. Additionally, it was nice to have a trusted source in case you need anything, urgent or not. As a Muslim family, it was a challenge to find halal food, but Meetup Travel made sure to find us halal restaurants. Food in the hotels was a bit of a challenge, but that's normal since there aren't many Muslim tourists or locals. My family and I would definitely visit Vietnam again and see more places. Many thanks to Bichann, Hazel, and the entire team for making our trip memorable and easy.
