This is a hub-and-spoke route, not a circuit. All 4 nights are in the same Da Nang hotel, so nobody repacks and no room changes halfway through. Day 2 runs south to Tra Que and Hoi An and comes back late. Day 3 goes either east by speedboat to Cham Island or north over the Hai Van Pass to Lang Co Bay, and the route above shows the Cham Island version. Day 4 climbs inland to Ba Na Hills. Day 5 stops at the Marble Mountains on the way to the airport, which is why the last morning still has something in it.

About this trip

You stay in Da Nang for all 4 nights and go out from there. That means one hotel, one set of bags, and a beach 5 minutes from your door on the days you want a slow morning.

Day 2 is the long one and the best one. You start in the herb beds at Tra Que, buy your own ingredients at the Hoi An market, cook 4 Vietnamese dishes and eat what you made. In the afternoon you ride a basket boat through the coconut palms at Bay Mau, then walk into Hoi An Ancient Town for dinner and the Memories Show.

Day 3 is yours to pick. Cham Island is a speedboat ride to a marine reserve with coral and a beach. The Hai Van Pass is an open-top army jeep over the mountain road, with seafood at Lang Co Bay.

Day 4 is Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge. Groups are capped at 14 people, so you are not following a flag through a crowd.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Memorable Vietnam Experience with Meetup Travel We had such a wonderful experience with Meetup Travel during our Vietnam holiday, and we are especially grateful to Hazel, Krystal, and Phoenix for making the entire trip so smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Phoenix did an excellent job coordinating everything for us — from our stay and sightseeing in Hanoi, to our travel arrangements to Da Nang, and our beautiful Lan Ha Bay cruise booking. Everything was handled efficiently and thoughtfully, which meant we could simply enjoy the holiday without worrying about the logistics. A very special mention to Hazel and Krystal, who went beyond just helping us with our travel arrangements. It was so lovely to finally meet them in person in Hanoi. Before we left for Dubai, they actually took the time to come and meet us and say goodbye, which was such a thoughtful and personal gesture. Good trip with big group!

We just returned from an unforgettable 22-day trip through Vietnam — Hanoi, Da Nang, Phú Quốc, and Ho Chi Minh City — organized by Meetup Vietnam, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything came together. Traveling as a big group with kids is never easy, and there were bound to be a few hiccups along the way, but the team handled everything with patience and genuine care. A huge thank you to Ted, Jennie, Henry, and Krystal Stella. Our tour guides went above and beyond to make sure every one of us had an amazing time. Each city had its own charm, and it was clear a lot of thought went into the itinerary. Seamless Vacation

We were 5 older girlfriends who decided to visit Hoi An from Aug. 25-30, 2026. I came across Henry of MeetUp Travel and decided to book our airport transfers and tours with them. Needless to say, it was the right decision. They made me a detailed IT, met online with us prior to our travel to discuss details and most importantly were always reachable via Whats app. They readily answered our questions, gave good suggestions on where to eat, have clothes made and even located the nearest hospital when my friend wanted to buy some medicines. Our transfers and tours were excellent. They took away the worries of daily coordination and planning and all we had to do was enjoy our vacation.

Highly recommended if you want a seamless itinerary! Friendly and capable team!

The team was very prompt and friendly, and Ms. Kim kept checking on us the whole time we were at Ba Na Hills for our day trip. They made everything a lot more effortless for us, from the hotel pick-up to our VIP pass tickets, all the way to dropping us off back at our hotel. The included lunch buffet was also quite delicious, and our tour guide Ms. Anh was so patient the whole time, taking our photos and even carrying one of our bags when we went on the alpine coaster (a must-try)! I highly recommend MeetUp Vietnam, especially if you’re traveling with family and want a specific itinerary.

Our trip will definitely be one of my highlights for this year! We booked a 4 nights in Sa pa and 4 nights in Hanoi. Due to our stay in Hanoi being a DIY, I would have to say I enjoyed our adventure in Sa Pa more. Although the weather was on the gloomier side, it was an experience that I very much enjoyed (minus the getting drenched part). Meetup Travel really met up our expectations when it came to communications. Ali and Hazel were very approachable and were flexible when it came to sudden changes in the plans. I also enjoyed the little event they prepared for me :> P.S. Ask for Lan as a tour guide in Sa Pa. She’s very down-to-earth and overall professional 🫶🏼
