Private ToursSomething goes wrong on a tour — a vehicle is late, a guide underperforms, the restaurant isn't what was promised. In most cases, the traveler's only recourse is to send an email and wait.
On Meetup private tours, any issue with transportation, your tour guide, or food must be resolved within 30 minutes of you reporting it. We dispatch a replacement vehicle or guide, we change the restaurant — whatever it takes. If we can't resolve it within 30 minutes, we refund 100% of that tour day's cost.

it's so worth the time and money we spent!
Shout out to Lina, Jasmine, Hazel and the entire MEETUP travel for an unforgettable trip to Ha Noi, Sapa and Halong Bay this April, 2026! From the moment Lina responded to my request for information about my plans to visit their city, I already felt confident that this would become a great experience for my family. She answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a lot of ideas and advice. With all my requests, requirements, questions, changes, more changes, she was very patient, pleasant and accommodating along the way. Jasmine who took over putting our itinerary together, was equally efficient, thorough, very friendly and never lost her temper with all of my impossible requests and constant changes and and non-stop bargaining! They were all very attentive to all the details, my hotel and transportation preferences and freebies I demanded! As soon as we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by our fast track escort, and boy,! We felt so important! The agents took time in finding us really nice hotels based on my " no budget" budget! Their communication line were always open and available for us, helping us navigate smoothly from pre-daparture and even after we returned home. I highly recommend their service and we're already planning for our next all girls trip, this time to Ho Chi Minh and Danang! Solo travel to Tà Xùa
Booked through Meetup for my trip to Tà Xùa from Hà Nội. Hazel and Rosie were incredibly helpful with their prompt replies for every question I had. They would also check in with you while you’re on the way to your destination. Everything was arranged quite well. Itinerary sent to you directly for the trip you’re making. However, there’s a little room for improvement for the team at MeetUp and that’s the coordination between the team and the drivers (at the destination) and the hotel or homestay staff at the destination (for both arrival and departure). All information should be prearranged, collected beforehand and given to the guest at earliest possible time to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding. Other than that, the trip was rewarding experience overall thanks to Hazel, Rosie and the rest of the team! 🤘🏽

Meetup was the perfect planner for our Ha Giang Loop Tour!
MeetUpVietnam serendipitously showed up on my Instagram. Once I decided to have them plan the Ha Giang Loop for me and my sons, I was guided each step of the way. Being in another time zone (Hawaii), they made a WhatsApp Group to be able to help me when I had a question. It was such a thoughtful idea that went a long way. Before we checked out of our hotel in Hanoi, Krystal arrived and surprised us with a beautiful gift of a journal. We were tickled pink! We needed a flightfrom Hanoi Airport to Saigon Airport and they booked tickets for us to make our next flight. That was a lifesaver as I couldn't find one online. Absolutely made my trip easy
Absolutely recommend Meet up travel for your next trip to Vietnam. I did Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, they helped me schedule and organize all the moving around, hotels, shopping and all. Very proactive, friendly staff, helpful all the way through my trip. Shout out to Lena and Grace for helping put my vacation together, i really did not feel alone on my solo trip in Vietnam. I planned my tried 2 months ahead and 1 month before everything was set and ready. They were flexible on all the changes, put in activities I really like. I was very focused on the food but the way they planned it made the experience much more balanced between attraction, activities, the hotel they chose for me was very much where i needed it to be in the heart of the old quarter just steps away from a lake and shops and food. Upon arrival i was well escorted out of the airport, tips on changing money, tips on using e sim, tips on food to eat. Until i left the country they made aure everything about my trip was smooth and easy. Thanks it was a nice trip.

First Time Visiting Home
Right off the bat, using MeetUp Travel services for my Northern Vietnam trip was the best choice I made for my first trip visiting Vietnam for the month of April. I am Vietnamese American and have never been to Vietnam before. So I took 31 days off from work and traveled through the country. Traveling from the north to the south. I was recommended their service and am extremely happy I went with them. I was in Northern Vietnam for 8 days. 3 days for Sapa, 2 days in Ninh Binh, and Hanoi was my home base between traveling the two cities. They planned and organized EVERYTHING for you. There is a customer service team assigned to you from 6am - Midnight daily. Private car services. Private tour guides in Sapa. The team updates you your itinerary on a daily basis. For example, when/who your driver is picking you up. What time your tour is. What your hotel confirmation is. Any questions you have, they respond so quickly. When I arrived in Sapa, the front desk was having trouble finding my room confirmation, I sent a quick text to the team to let them know what was happening. In no longer than 15 seconds, they called me and asked to speak to the front desk. Everything was taken care of within 30 seconds. Absolutely amazing service. And when my mom got sick during my trip, they happily took my mom to the airport so she could fly back to Nha Trang for me so I didn’t missed anything on my itinerary and continued my trip solo. I cannot thank them enough for everything. My first time home was an absolute memorable one. It was wonderful how stressed free my trip was in Northern Vietnam. Happy vietnam trips
The meetup travel exceeded my expectations. Since the beginning of our trip, the tour guide toured us to many places and even introduced us to various vietnamese foods, it is tiring because we walked all around the old quarter but it is very fun since there are so many people strolling too. Our trip in sapa is also fun because of the activities and the view, and the tour guide is so nice and fun to be with, we won’t forget her. Flawless experience from airport to excursions – absolutely top-notch!
I recently used Meetup Travel Hanoi for my trip, and they exceeded every expectation. Airport Service: I booked their express immigration (VIP fast-track) service, which made arriving at Hanoi airport completely stress-free. Their car transport was prompt, clean, and comfortable, with polite drivers who even helped with luggage and offered local tips. Excursions: I did both the Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay tours. Ninh Binh was beautifully paced with great local guides, seamless logistics, and authentic stops (Trang An and Hang Mua were highlights). Ha Long Bay was exceptional. The luxury transfer, well-run Heritage cruise, tasty buffet lunch, and superb sightseeing (caves, kayaking, Titov Island) made for a perfect day. From Vietnam with Love...

We are incredibly grateful to Meet Up Travel Agency for being our trusted partner on this year’s Fastbooks company trip to Vietnam! Finding the right travel agency wasn’t easy — we needed one that could take care of all the details so we could relax and enjoy without unnecessary stress. We knew no trip is completely free of challenges, but Meet Up Travel handled every situation with such grace and efficiency. A massive shout-out to Lena, Evie, and Nyx — the three wonderful ladies who welcomed us at the airport — you set such a positive tone from the moment we arrived! 🩷 We touched down at Noi Bai International Airport on March 28, and almost immediately faced a small hurdle: one of our team’s luggage was left behind in Manila. With a 6-hour transfer to Sapa ahead of us, we put our full trust in Meet Up Travel — and they delivered. They worked closely with airport staff, kept us updated, and did everything possible to locate and deliver the missing luggage straight to us in Sapa. The sleeper bus arranged for the journey was spacious and comfortable, and our driver was professional and cautious — we knew right away this was going to be an amazing trip. Upon arriving in Sapa, we were greeted by breathtaking views at Panorama Sapa Hotel. Every room was fantastic, and we loved that the hotel was just a short walk from Sun Plaza Mall — super convenient for exploring! Over our 2 days in Sapa, our tour guide Dan was absolutely incredible. Attentive, patient, and always ready to help, he took wonderful care of our group of 22 people. Whether guiding us up Fansipan or sharing deep insights into local culture and daily life in Sapa, he made every stop meaningful and fun. We were also blown away by the scenery at Moana Cafe — sipping coffee while surrounded by those views was pure relaxation. On day two, we conquered our fears at the Glass Bridge — the views were just as spectacular as those at Fansipan! We took unforgettable group photos on the rainbow stairs and paused to feel grateful we could experience such beauty together. We also visited Cat Cat Village, where we learned about local traditions and had the time of our lives zooming down the rainbow slide — it was such a blast! Before leaving Sapa, Dan surprised us all with handcrafted anklets — such a thoughtful gesture that touched every single one of us. Sapa has truly stolen a piece of our hearts; the cool weather and peaceful, simple charm of the city made it feel like a home away from home. ❤️ Unfortunately, our transfer back to Hanoi started off on the wrong foot. The sleeper bus driver was rude and inattentive, and instead of dropping us at the agreed bus station, he left us by the roadside — with more than 20 pieces of luggage to manage. Worst of all, one of our younger companions nearly got hit by a motorbike while crossing the busy street. It was a really scary and traumatizing moment, especially since we’d already heard how busy the traffic can be in Vietnam. But once again, Nyx, Lena, and Evie stepped in immediately. They contacted the driver, sorted everything out, and treated us to a lovely meal at a beautiful restaurant — turning a stressful day into a wonderful evening. Thank you for always having our backs! We’d also love to thank the team at Aurora Central Hotel — you were so warm and accommodating! The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of international options, and the staff even helped us find the best shops in the Old Quarter. We truly enjoyed our stay there. Our 2 days of exploring Hanoi were just as memorable. We especially loved the traditional hat-making workshop, where Ms. Trang patiently walked us through the craft and explained the deep cultural meaning these hats hold for local villagers. And of course, shopping in the Old Quarter was a highlight! The prices are so affordable, and the quality is excellent — even better than many things we find back in the Philippines. 🛍️ On our final day, we were already talking about when we could return — this trip was short, but filled with so much joy and beauty. None of this would have been possible without Meet Up Travel Agency. Thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to arrange our accommodation, tours, and transport, and thank you to the whole team for being reliable, kind, and truly dedicated to making sure we had the best time. Awesome trip to Vietnam Hanoi/Halong Bay/Sapa by Rosie and Krystal
Was just browsing which country to go for this school holiday and meetup travel popped up on my IG. Didn’t heard of it before from any friends so initially was quite skeptical about it. Especially when we have a group of 17 people with a large deposit amount to make. But travel consultant, Rosie kept finding ways to assure us and proof that they are not scammers. Haha. Story short, my first time to Vietnam planned by her and Krystal was superb. It was really nicely done up and follow up was very responsive too. Most importantly, all of us really enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful and pleasant trip! Will look up for them again when we plan to visit other parts of Vietnam! cheers!

The wonders of Vietnam as a first timer
I was in Vietnam for 10 days starting from Hà Nội and ending in Ho Chi Minh City from the 22nd of March to the 31st of March The minute I landed I was taken care of by the team communication was fast and helpful. Highly recommended for first timers if you’re going with family!
It was my first time in Vietnam, went with my family and I found Meetup from Instagram. I only covered North Vietnam - Hanoi, Sa Pa and Ninh Binh. Meetup customised my tour as per my preference - places and diet choice, they were highly punctual and would text me driver details the day before or hours earlier. I felt safe throughout the trip in Vietnam, Meetup also suggested me places to go along my trip. They kept me updated, I didn’t feel abandoned halfway through the trip like I experienced in other countries’ tours. I have recommended to all my friends and family, some even shared the experience like me. Highly recommended for first timers if you’re going with family!

Wow!!! Where do I start?. I decided to celebrate my birthday 🎂 🎈 🎉 in Vietnam this year 🇻🇳. I knew what I wanted to do, and knew I had a lot of moving nieces, but just couldn't put it all together. As I was scrolling on TikTok, I messaged the MEETUP TRAVEL(didn't expect anyone to respond) Lord and be hold my new best friend Hynnee messaged me (very quickly) I provided an itinerary and the things I wanted to do and the rest was history. From start to finish Hynnee and the MEETUP TRAVEL made my birthday trip 🎂 one to remember. I had no worries!. I stayed in 3 different cities, with multiple excursions and English speaking guides. If I had the slightest problem with anything all I had to do was reach out and they took care of it expeditiously. The MEETUP TRAVEL group (Hynnee and Ted) even came to visit my and my friends at our hotel before we left Hanoi......And to top it off they even manage to have me a birthday 🎂 cake delivered 😀 in another city (Sapa) for my birthday dinner.. My experience with the MEETUP TRAVEL was wonderful. Even with the 12hrs time difference from the United States 🇺🇸 to Vietnam 🇻🇳 anytime I sent a message one of the members 😀 from the group responded. If you're looking for a travel agent to assist, look no further this is the best I have found and really reasonable!

One on the Bucket

Our 9-Day Tour in Vietnam!
First, kudos to MeetUp staff for doing an excellent job organizing our trip to Vietnam. Special thanks to Henry and Stella for making this trip a memorable one. They did an excellent job. They make sure that our tour is organized and on schedule. They constantly monitored our travel/tour from start to finished. Secondly, I’m really impressed how this agency handled our travel/tour considering we started out in Ha Noi and then travel to Sa Pa, back to Ha Noi, and then to Da Nang. All travel arrangements were very organized and fully coordinated with their partners. And our hotel accommodations in Sa Pa, Ha Noi and Da Nang were very nice. I can’t say enough how great it was to have someone like Stella and Henry helping us every step of the way. Sapa Magic with Meetup!
Meetup Travel is unique. Jasmine talked to me face-to-face online 2 times before we confirm the trip to Sapa. Usually, travel agencies only send the itinerary but Meetup has agents to customize the tour package, talking to you. Jasmine is very friendly and interesting to talk to. She understands the needs and wishes of customers. In the advent of artificial intelligence, Jasmine makes customers feel human and cared for. The limousine van was comfortable with several stops for toilet breaks and food/drinks. Hanoi to Sapa is about 6 to 7 hours away. The Sapa tour packages were well-organized with a local tour guide, Vang. He takes good photographs with his professional camera. Which tour agent provides such a service? You have to pay a lot of money for a professional photographer to go along with you. And not all tour guides can take good photographs for you and your family, patiently and with many poses. We recommend you to have a private tour if photographs are important to you. As we have a toddler, private tours maximize your comfort and enjoyment of the tour. Vang is also kind and attentive to your wishes. Meetup Travel agents also communicate often with us. Chloe also briefed us before the tour to ensure we knew what to do during the tours. And Chloe and her team of agents never fails to make us feel like family in a group chat. We talked often about the tours and raised problems to them. They replied within seconds! Usually, tour agents don’t talk to you after payment, only the tour guide brings you around. Hence, Meetup Travel is a very different kind of travel agencies that you can’t find easily. Just pay a little more and you are provided with 5-star service and attention! You have paid so much money on your tour package. Why not pay a little more to have a perfect holiday experience?

My best Vietnam trip so far
This is my second time in Vietnam, and it is so much better because of MeetUp Travel! It was quite short, just 7 days, but it was good enough to experience Northern Vietnam without rushing to try everything. In those 7 days, my brain went full vacation mode because everything was smooth-sailing and stress-free. From hotel bookings to tickets for all our activities and transportation, MeetUp did it all for us. The only thing we needed to do was to pack up and be present. We specifically asked MeetUp to tailor our trip with just a few activities and they did the exact thing without letting us miss the essence and culture of Vietnam. Everything was so organized, and communication is maintained, not just from the MeetUp staff but also all the drivers and the tour guide. We appreciate the MeetUp team for keeping us on track and updated of the changes. A memorable one would be when we had to change boats a day before the cruise. They then got us an upgrade and got us the best room in a different boat. Allie told us about this “minor hiccup” after she fixed it! I did not have to stress out at all! Instead, I was so happy about it. We are grateful to have such an amazing MeetUp team, especially Allie, Kim, and Hazel (who was able to send us off before leaving Vietnam, and talked us into coming back!). We felt like friends, not just clients! I could not emphasize more how helpful MeetUp was on our trip. Will definitely plan a trip with them again when I come back to Vietnam.

Honestly, they turned out to be such an amazing choice for our first visit to Vietnam. We got connected with Ms. Joyce, and from the start, we felt really taken care of. She helped us plan everything—from choosing the perfect hotel close to the marathon area to guiding us through the whole itinerary. We mostly chatted on WhatsApp and even had a video call, which made everything feel more personal and organized. What really stood out? Even while she was on vacation, she was still reachable 24/7. That level of dedication was just impressive. Even though it was a short trip, we made the most beautiful memories in Da Nang and Hoi An, nature, romantic vibes, and just an overall unforgettable experience. The team was super responsive and transparent with pricing, which we really appreciated. Everything felt fair and easy, especially with their smooth online payment system. They also shared driver details ahead of time, which made us feel safe and well looked after. Even though we didn’t get the chance to meet the team in person, we can honestly say they’re some of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve ever come across 🥰🫶 The whole team—Ted, Krystal, Nyx, Stella and Joyce, all of them, were so warm, helpful, and welcoming. Fantastic Vietnam Trip with Meetup Travel
We had a wonderful one‑week family trip to Vietnam with Meetup Travel, a group of 6 adults and 6 kids, and the entire experience was fantastic. Everything was very well organised and ran smoothly, making travelling with children completely stress‑free. The tour guides were amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, patient—and the accommodation arranged was excellent, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families. Meetup made me and my boyfriend’s Vietnam trip unforgettable. They made the flights, transportation, everything so easy for us. All we had to do was show up. They made sure to stay on top of us every single day and i so very much appreciate them for it. There was one day where my boyfriend’s leg was swelling up bad and i was really concerned. When I mentioned that to Lena, our primary girl who was with us throughout the trip, she got to me as soon as she could and offered to call someone to take us to a tourist friendly hospital. Thankfully the swelling went down the next day but still, the meetup made sure to have you constantly in check, safe and comfortable. I am so thankful for them and I definitely recommend them over and over again. Lena and Victoria were awesome, and they both made sure me and my boyfriend were safe and truly secure during our whole trip. Unexpected plot twist
Meet Up team accomodate us very well. From planning up to the end of our trip. Thanks to Lina who made our itinerary and Stella who assisted us in everything. On our day 1, we had an unpleasant experience but still accomodated by Stella on an early Monday morning. Kudos to Stella! This is a very exhausting day for everyone but the team really showed up. Thanks to Stella, Tracy, and Akira who stayed with us. The trip didn’t go as planned due to unforeseen circumstances but we still enjoyed our stay in Hanoi. They have selected the best hotel for us to relax and rest. Before we leave Hanoi, the team showed up and gave us some cool stuff. We had a great time talking and having coffee with Stella, Nix, Tracy, and Akira. If we’ll going to visit Vietnam in the future, we’ll definitely consider booking our trip with Meet Up travel again as they will do everything to make the itinerary customised the way you want without breaking the bank. I usually plan all my vacations on my own, but for our recent family trip to Vietnam, I decided to go with Meet-up Vietnam—and it was worth every penny. To be honest, I initially had some hesitation about using a travel agency, especially since the team is quite young. But now that the trip is complete, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I made. They took care of absolutely everything—from fast-track airport immigration to organizing a wide range of activities across the country. Traveling with family often involves a lot of coordination, but they handled all the bookings seamlessly, including cabs, hotels, and tour arrangements. I literally didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was well-organized, delivered on time, and all updates were conveniently shared via WhatsApp with complete details. Can't rave enough!
We had the most amazing experience with Meet Up for our Vietnam trip! We travelled for two weeks as a family group of two grandparents, two parents, and three children aged 9, 7, and 4, and everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish. Convenient and Stress-free Traveling for First-timers in Vietnam
We love the fact that we didn't have to chase them to make sure we know who our driver us, that we can be picked up on time, that we know where to go and that we are on track as far as the itinerary is concerned. This allows you peace of mind and be worry-free. The best part we love is how our Sapa tour guide Tutu sensed into what we needed the most (she took us to a hut by black mongs to get warm next to the fire when we felt too) and we appreciated how she's told us their story. She paid attention to what we truly needed and what we were interested in. Hats off! We also appreciated the passion of Lynna about getting more people experience Vietnam in a more enjoyable and authentic way. My interaction with her showed her youthful enthusiasm and I appreciate the more honest connection in some of our interactions. Krystal and team was also responsive all throughout so our trip remained stress-free. We recommend this if you are first-time travelers to Vietnam. What will make our experience a "5" versus a "4" is for Meetup to find the sweet spot between price and quality.

An unforgettable Honeymoon experience
If you’re hesitant about booking with them, don’t be. This was hands down one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and a huge part of that was because of Stella, Ted, and Kaitlyn. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure our trip was exactly what we wanted. We just returned from an incredible 10-day HONEYMOON trip through Vietnam, including Sapa, Ha Long Bay and our cruise, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Hoi An and the Lantern Festival. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and organized, allowing us to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The itinerary flowed perfectly and gave us plenty of time to truly appreciate each destination. What impressed us most was how easy they made everything. Extended Family Trip from Phils
They were very accommodating of my inquiries and requests despite of multiple revisions on the schedule. It felt like the trip was very personal with the way they communicated as if they were like your friend. The trip went smoothly and hassle free from the time we got off the plane (the free fast track was a breeze!) until we were picked up from the hotel to go back home. The van service to pick us up and drop us off made it very easy especially because we had an 86 year old in our group of 8. They also gave each of us cute souvenirs (notebooks and stuffed toy for the kid) which was very thoughtful and sweet. Special mention to Evie and Lena for organizing our trip, and to our tour guides May, May, Leon and Bao. You made our trip fun and memorable!

Gushing my experience with MeetUp Travel
I have been following MeetUpTravel for a while now, and only got to use them on my trip to Vietnam this time with my husband and toddler. Kaitlyn helped organised all the trips we did in Vietnam, and it was an amazing experience. Great Experience with MeetUp Travel for Vietnam
Just happened to see their posts in Instagram while searching for things to do in Vietnam for our trip. I sent a short message to ask about their services and Jeannie reached out and gave us the information and walked us through the tours they’ve provided other travelers. So glad we asked them to help with planning our trip; Krystal was the one who handled the planning of whole trip walking us through the proposed itinerary, asking us for feedback on what we want to experience and the food requirements. We had a great time in Da Nang and Hanoi. The time in Ba Na Hills and the beaches in Da Nang were just amazing; we loved whiling our time drinking our guava juice and eating authentic hot stone pho noodles that tasted absolutely awesome. It was such a breeze as they took care of all booking for the hotels, all activities and the inter-island flight. Spared me the hassle of looking for good hotels and lining in long lines for the activities in Ba Na Hills and Vinwonder. The fast pass they gifted us was such a blessing. Everything were planned so well all we needed to do was just enjoy the experience. Our e-sims were also handled by the team which was also a gift. Krystal walked us through the before and after getting to Vietnam. Everyday was coordinated and planned so well it exceeded our expectations. My family and I had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Meet Up. From the moment we arrived until our flight back home, everything was flawlessly arranged, making our entire trip completely stress-free. Their service exceeded our expectations, and every tour from day one to our final day was thoughtfully organized and truly enjoyable. We created so many wonderful memories, and the food they served was incredibly delicious. What made the experience even more special was the genuine connection we built with their amazing staff Lena, Allie, and Zho, our tour guide in Sapa. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Vietnam again.

Genuinely Awesome
Xin Chao! I've known Meetup Travel through their Instagram post, and I was very skeptical about asking for their service. Henry, one of their travel agents, contacted me and guided me with our planned trip. Then he introduced me to Stella, their operations agent in Hanoi, for our day-to-day activities. I travelled with my friends and it was generally smooth, we enjoyed every scenery. The facing is just fine, considering that we have seniors in our group and everything is good enough for all of us - the accommodations, transport service and food recommendations. The tour guides, Lan (Sapa) and Sarah (Ninh Binh), were also great. They were very helpful, nice and kind. There were no dull moments in their tours. I'd like to commend Henry and Stella for being so hands-on. They are very approachable, warm and generous as well. There was one situation that we had to check out early for an early trip in Ninh Binh and we would return to our hotel in the early evening. Our flight going home is past midnight and we need a room where we can freshen up. Henry and Stella booked us into a decent hostel, which is already not part of the package. Thank you so much, Meetup Travel, for making our Hanoi 2026 Adventure a genuinely awesome experience! We are grateful for all the help and assistance extended to us. Until next meet up again. Best Travel Experience
Me and my friend planned our trip to Vietnam with Meetup, and I must say they were there for us throughout the entire journey, making everything incredibly smooth even when the trip later got hectic for us. Worry-free Vacation in Vietnam
My partner and I were a bit anxious about vacationing in Vietnam because we knew that we could be scammed and that it was challenging to communicate in English. Luckily we found Meetup travel who took care of everything for us. They arranged for our sleeper bus to and from Sapa, transfer from bus station to the hotel, our tours in Sapa, then sleeper bus again back to Hanoi, day tour in Hanoi, and then airport transfer. Everything went so smoothly. We were able to jam pack our 5 day vacation with lots of activities because of them. They also kept in touch with us all throughout the trip to make sure we were okay and enjoying ourselves. I really appreciated the 1st class service. My partner and I felt so pampered.
