Our experience with Meetup Travel & Tours was outstanding from start to finish. They are a great team of people. Their team was always available whenever we had a concern 24/7. From the very beginning, Meetup Travel exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. A special thank you to Ms. Allie, who arranged our entire family tour in Hanoi and Sapa. We only had a few days to explore, but they made every moment count and made us feel truly special throughout the trip. Ms. Allie even took the time to have a video call with us so we could carefully plan our itinerary and schedules. She personally suggested beautiful places to visit and even recommended delicious local food for us to try. Everything was thoughtfully planned according to our preferences. It was a very hectic schedule but @Meetup Travel manage to handle it very well. Meetup Travel help us made our vacation go smoothly from transportation to hotel bookings to store recommendations and etc. Everything was well arranged you guys did a great job. We really enjoyed our whole Vietnam family trip with Meetup Travel! Everything was worth it and hassle free because they arranged everything for us, from taxi pick-ups, hotel and restaurant bookings, and other travel arrangements.
