Private ToursSomething goes wrong on a tour — a vehicle is late, a guide underperforms, the restaurant isn't what was promised. In most cases, the traveler's only recourse is to send an email and wait.
On Meetup private tours, any issue with transportation, your tour guide, or food must be resolved within 30 minutes of you reporting it. We dispatch a replacement vehicle or guide, we change the restaurant — whatever it takes. If we can't resolve it within 30 minutes, we refund 100% of that tour day's cost.

Ba Na Hills & Hoi An Experience Absolutely loved our private trip to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An! ✨ We booked everything with Meet Up Travel, and honestly, they were excellent from start to finish! The VIP Fast Track and WOW Ticket made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free, no long queues, just straight in and enjoy. 🙌 Having a private tour guide with us throughout the trip was such a bonus. Great Experience with MeetUp Travel for Vietnam
Just happened to see their posts in Instagram while searching for things to do in Vietnam for our trip. I sent a short message to ask about their services and Jeannie reached out and gave us the information and walked us through the tours they’ve provided other travelers. So glad we asked them to help with planning our trip; Krystal was the one who handled the planning of whole trip walking us through the proposed itinerary, asking us for feedback on what we want to experience and the food requirements. We had a great time in Da Nang and Hanoi. The time in Ba Na Hills and the beaches in Da Nang were just amazing; we loved whiling our time drinking our guava juice and eating authentic hot stone pho noodles that tasted absolutely awesome. It was such a breeze as they took care of all booking for the hotels, all activities and the inter-island flight. Spared me the hassle of looking for good hotels and lining in long lines for the activities in Ba Na Hills and Vinwonder. The fast pass they gifted us was such a blessing. Everything were planned so well all we needed to do was just enjoy the experience. Our e-sims were also handled by the team which was also a gift. Krystal walked us through the before and after getting to Vietnam. Everyday was coordinated and planned so well it exceeded our expectations. No issue with transportation and tours as we had our very own tour guides. All in all, we wouldn’t have had such an amazing time in Vietnam without the MeetUp team. Thanks for the great experience! Our trip will definitely be one of my highlights for this year! We booked a 4 nights in Sa pa and 4 nights in Hanoi. Due to our stay in Hanoi being a DIY, I would have to say I enjoyed our adventure in Sa Pa more. Although the weather was on the gloomier side, it was an experience that I very much enjoyed (minus the getting drenched part). Meetup Travel really met up our expectations when it came to communications. Ali and Hazel were very approachable and were flexible when it came to sudden changes in the plans. I also enjoyed the little event they prepared for me :> P.S. Ask for Lan as a tour guide in Sa Pa. She’s very down-to-earth and overall professional 🫶🏼

One on the Bucket
It's a very tiring 2 days of our life but the most memorable for our whole family as first vacation together outside the country. Thank you meetup for the handling our trip so professionally and given us our tour guide that handles everything. Stress Free and Headache free travel! I could relax!
Meet up made my first trip to Saigon stress-free. From arranging fast-track to my city tours and again fast-track during departure, they made sure all I had guidance all the way. Amazing Vietnam trip!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Memorable Vietnam Experience with Meetup Travel We had such a wonderful experience with Meetup Travel during our Vietnam holiday, and we are especially grateful to Hazel, Krystal, and Phoenix for making the entire trip so smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Phoenix did an excellent job coordinating everything for us — from our stay and sightseeing in Hanoi, to our travel arrangements to Da Nang, and our beautiful Lan Ha Bay cruise booking. Everything was handled efficiently and thoughtfully, which meant we could simply enjoy the holiday without worrying about the logistics. A very special mention to Hazel and Krystal, who went beyond just helping us with our travel arrangements. It was so lovely to finally meet them in person in Hanoi. Before we left for Dubai, they actually took the time to come and meet us and say goodbye, which was such a thoughtful and personal gesture. They also surprised us with the sweetest little Vietnamese coffee souvenirs to take home. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful touch, and it really showed the warmth and care they put into looking after their guests. Meetup was the perfect planner for our Ha Giang Loop Tour!
MeetUpVietnam serendipitously showed up on my Instagram. Once I decided to have them plan the Ha Giang Loop for me and my sons, I was guided each step of the way. Being in another time zone (Hawaii), they made a WhatsApp Group to be able to help me when I had a question. It was such a thoughtful idea that went a long way. Before we checked out of our hotel in Hanoi, Krystal arrived and surprised us with a beautiful gift of a journal. We were tickled pink! We needed a flightfrom Hanoi Airport to Saigon Airport and they booked tickets for us to make our next flight. That was a lifesaver as I couldn't find one online. Seamless Vacation
We were 5 older girlfriends who decided to visit Hoi An from Aug. 25-30, 2026. I came across Henry of MeetUp Travel and decided to book our airport transfers and tours with them. Needless to say, it was the right decision. They made me a detailed IT, met online with us prior to our travel to discuss details and most importantly were always reachable via Whats app. They readily answered our questions, gave good suggestions on where to eat, have clothes made and even located the nearest hospital when my friend wanted to buy some medicines. Our transfers and tours were excellent. They took away the worries of daily coordination and planning and all we had to do was enjoy our vacation.

Worry-free Vacation in Vietnam
My partner and I were a bit anxious about vacationing in Vietnam because we knew that we could be scammed and that it was challenging to communicate in English. Luckily we found Meetup travel who took care of everything for us. They arranged for our sleeper bus to and from Sapa, transfer from bus station to the hotel, our tours in Sapa, then sleeper bus again back to Hanoi, day tour in Hanoi, and then airport transfer. Everything went so smoothly. We were able to jam pack our 5 day vacation with lots of activities because of them. They also kept in touch with us all throughout the trip to make sure we were okay and enjoying ourselves. I really appreciated the 1st class service. My partner and I felt so pampered.

Awesome trip to Vietnam Hanoi/Halong Bay/Sapa by Rosie and Krystal
Was just browsing which country to go for this school holiday and meetup travel popped up on my IG. Didn’t heard of it before from any friends so initially was quite skeptical about it. Especially when we have a group of 17 people with a large deposit amount to make. But travel consultant, Rosie kept finding ways to assure us and proof that they are not scammers. Haha. Story short, my first time to Vietnam planned by her and Krystal was superb. It was really nicely done up and follow up was very responsive too. Most importantly, all of us really enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful and pleasant trip! Will look up for them again when we plan to visit other parts of Vietnam! cheers!

Our choice of Hanoi for our Rotary strategic planning was a great choice. Meetup travel took care of all our needs from the time of inquiry, arrival, meeting, to our tour proper. An unforgettable Honeymoon experience
If you’re hesitant about booking with them, don’t be. This was hands down one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and a huge part of that was because of Stella, Ted, and Kaitlyn. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure our trip was exactly what we wanted. We just returned from an incredible 10-day HONEYMOON trip through Vietnam, including Sapa, Ha Long Bay and our cruise, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Hoi An and the Lantern Festival. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and organized, allowing us to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The itinerary flowed perfectly and gave us plenty of time to truly appreciate each destination. What impressed us most was how easy they made everything. Airport transfers, fast-track services, eSIM setup, domestic flights, hotel arrangements, tours, and transportation were all handled seamlessly. Anytime we had a question or needed help, they responded quickly. If they didn’t already have an answer, they went out of their way to find one. Traveling in a foreign country can sometimes be stressful, but having a team like this behind you gives you complete peace of mind. They made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free from start to finish. My best Vietnam trip so far
This is my second time in Vietnam, and it is so much better because of MeetUp Travel! It was quite short, just 7 days, but it was good enough to experience Northern Vietnam without rushing to try everything. In those 7 days, my brain went full vacation mode because everything was smooth-sailing and stress-free. From hotel bookings to tickets for all our activities and transportation, MeetUp did it all for us. The only thing we needed to do was to pack up and be present. We specifically asked MeetUp to tailor our trip with just a few activities and they did the exact thing without letting us miss the essence and culture of Vietnam. Everything was so organized, and communication is maintained, not just from the MeetUp staff but also all the drivers and the tour guide. We appreciate the MeetUp team for keeping us on track and updated of the changes. A memorable one would be when we had to change boats a day before the cruise. They then got us an upgrade and got us the best room in a different boat. Allie told us about this “minor hiccup” after she fixed it! I did not have to stress out at all! Instead, I was so happy about it. We are grateful to have such an amazing MeetUp team, especially Allie, Kim, and Hazel (who was able to send us off before leaving Vietnam, and talked us into coming back!). We felt like friends, not just clients! I could not emphasize more how helpful MeetUp was on our trip. Will definitely plan a trip with them again when I come back to Vietnam.

Girls trip so fuuuun

Efficient Visa application
I would highly recommend the services provided by Meetup Vietnam. I am a Tanzanian citizen and applying for a visa individually into Vietnam is quite a challenge. Our 9-Day Tour in Vietnam!
First, kudos to MeetUp staff for doing an excellent job organizing our trip to Vietnam. Special thanks to Henry and Stella for making this trip a memorable one. They did an excellent job. They make sure that our tour is organized and on schedule. They constantly monitored our travel/tour from start to finished. Secondly, I’m really impressed how this agency handled our travel/tour considering we started out in Ha Noi and then travel to Sa Pa, back to Ha Noi, and then to Da Nang. All travel arrangements were very organized and fully coordinated with their partners. And our hotel accommodations in Sa Pa, Ha Noi and Da Nang were very nice. I can’t say enough how great it was to have someone like Stella and Henry helping us every step of the way. Just wanted to say the biggest thank you to Bichann and Chloe as well as the rest of the Meetup Travel team for all the support during our family’s trip to Hanoi and Sapa. Stress Free and Headache free travel! I could relax!
Meet up made my first trip to Saigon stress-free. From arranging fast-track to my city tours and again fast-track during departure, they made sure all I had guidance all the way. Highly recommended if you want a seamless itinerary! Friendly and capable team!
The team was very prompt and friendly, and Ms. Kim kept checking on us the whole time we were at Ba Na Hills for our day trip. They made everything a lot more effortless for us, from the hotel pick-up to our VIP pass tickets, all the way to dropping us off back at our hotel. The included lunch buffet was also quite delicious, and our tour guide Ms. Anh was so patient the whole time, taking our photos and even carrying one of our bags when we went on the alpine coaster (a must-try)! I highly recommend MeetUp Vietnam, especially if you’re traveling with family and want a specific itinerary.

First Time Visiting Home
Right off the bat, using MeetUp Travel services for my Northern Vietnam trip was the best choice I made for my first trip visiting Vietnam for the month of April. I am Vietnamese American and have never been to Vietnam before. So I took 31 days off from work and traveled through the country. Traveling from the north to the south. I was recommended their service and am extremely happy I went with them. I was in Northern Vietnam for 8 days. 3 days for Sapa, 2 days in Ninh Binh, and Hanoi was my home base between traveling the two cities. They planned and organized EVERYTHING for you. There is a customer service team assigned to you from 6am - Midnight daily. Private car services. Private tour guides in Sapa. The team updates you your itinerary on a daily basis. For example, when/who your driver is picking you up. What time your tour is. What your hotel confirmation is. Any questions you have, they respond so quickly. When I arrived in Sapa, the front desk was having trouble finding my room confirmation, I sent a quick text to the team to let them know what was happening. In no longer than 15 seconds, they called me and asked to speak to the front desk. Everything was taken care of within 30 seconds. Absolutely amazing service. And when my mom got sick during my trip, they happily took my mom to the airport so she could fly back to Nha Trang for me so I didn’t missed anything on my itinerary and continued my trip solo. I cannot thank them enough for everything. My first time home was an absolute memorable one. It was wonderful how stressed free my trip was in Northern Vietnam. it's so worth the time and money we spent!
Shout out to Lina, Jasmine, Hazel and the entire MEETUP travel for an unforgettable trip to Ha Noi, Sapa and Halong Bay this April, 2026! From the moment Lina responded to my request for information about my plans to visit their city, I already felt confident that this would become a great experience for my family. She answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a lot of ideas and advice. With all my requests, requirements, questions, changes, more changes, she was very patient, pleasant and accommodating along the way. Jasmine who took over putting our itinerary together, was equally efficient, thorough, very friendly and never lost her temper with all of my impossible requests and constant changes and and non-stop bargaining! They were all very attentive to all the details, my hotel and transportation preferences and freebies I demanded! As soon as we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by our fast track escort, and boy,! We felt so important! The agents took time in finding us really nice hotels based on my " no budget" budget! Their communication line were always open and available for us, helping us navigate smoothly from pre-daparture and even after we returned home. They would also check in with you while you’re on the way to your destination. Everything was arranged quite well. Itinerary sent to you directly for the trip you’re making. However, there’s a little room for improvement for the team at MeetUp and that’s the coordination between the team and the drivers (at the destination) and the hotel or homestay staff at the destination (for both arrival and departure). All information should be prearranged, collected beforehand and given to the guest at earliest possible time to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding. Absolutely made my trip easy
Absolutely recommend Meet up travel for your next trip to Vietnam. I did Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, they helped me schedule and organize all the moving around, hotels, shopping and all. Very proactive, friendly staff, helpful all the way through my trip. Shout out to Lena and Grace for helping put my vacation together, i really did not feel alone on my solo trip in Vietnam. I planned my tried 2 months ahead and 1 month before everything was set and ready. They were flexible on all the changes, put in activities I really like. I was very focused on the food but the way they planned it made the experience much more balanced between attraction, activities, the hotel they chose for me was very much where i needed it to be in the heart of the old quarter just steps away from a lake and shops and food. Upon arrival i was well escorted out of the airport, tips on changing money, tips on using e sim, tips on food to eat. Until i left the country they made aure everything about my trip was smooth and easy. Thanks it was a nice trip.

Genuinely Awesome
Xin Chao! I've known Meetup Travel through their Instagram post, and I was very skeptical about asking for their service. Henry, one of their travel agents, contacted me and guided me with our planned trip. Then he introduced me to Stella, their operations agent in Hanoi, for our day-to-day activities. I travelled with my friends and it was generally smooth, we enjoyed every scenery. The facing is just fine, considering that we have seniors in our group and everything is good enough for all of us - the accommodations, transport service and food recommendations. The tour guides, Lan (Sapa) and Sarah (Ninh Binh), were also great. They were very helpful, nice and kind. There were no dull moments in their tours. I'd like to commend Henry and Stella for being so hands-on. They are very approachable, warm and generous as well. There was one situation that we had to check out early for an early trip in Ninh Binh and we would return to our hotel in the early evening. Our flight going home is past midnight and we need a room where we can freshen up. Henry and Stella booked us into a decent hostel, which is already not part of the package. Sapa Magic with Meetup!
Meetup Travel is unique. Jasmine talked to me face-to-face online 2 times before we confirm the trip to Sapa. Usually, travel agencies only send the itinerary but Meetup has agents to customize the tour package, talking to you. Jasmine is very friendly and interesting to talk to. She understands the needs and wishes of customers. In the advent of artificial intelligence, Jasmine makes customers feel human and cared for. The limousine van was comfortable with several stops for toilet breaks and food/drinks. Hanoi to Sapa is about 6 to 7 hours away. The Sapa tour packages were well-organized with a local tour guide, Vang. He takes good photographs with his professional camera. Which tour agent provides such a service? You have to pay a lot of money for a professional photographer to go along with you. And not all tour guides can take good photographs for you and your family, patiently and with many poses. We recommend you to have a private tour if photographs are important to you. As we have a toddler, private tours maximize your comfort and enjoyment of the tour. Vang is also kind and attentive to your wishes. Meetup Travel agents also communicate often with us. Chloe also briefed us before the tour to ensure we knew what to do during the tours. And Chloe and her team of agents never fails to make us feel like family in a group chat. We talked often about the tours and raised problems to them. They replied within seconds! Usually, tour agents don’t talk to you after payment, only the tour guide brings you around. Hence, Meetup Travel is a very different kind of travel agencies that you can’t find easily. Just pay a little more and you are provided with 5-star service and attention! You have paid so much money on your tour package. Why not pay a little more to have a perfect holiday experience?

A memorable experience
My family and I had an amazing experience in Vietnam. We fully trusted Meetup Travel, and they did not disappoint. Everything was handled, starting from the Visa to transportation, meals, tickets, and much more. Everything we discussed online regarding the trip was executed nicely. Additionally, it was nice to have a trusted source in case you need anything, urgent or not. As a Muslim family, it was a challenge to find halal food, but Meetup Travel made sure to find us halal restaurants. Food in the hotels was a bit of a challenge, but that's normal since there aren't many Muslim tourists or locals. My family and I would definitely visit Vietnam again and see more places. WE BOOKED THE BEST TRAVEL AGENCY FOR OUR COMPANY TRIP IN HANOI-SAPA ADVENTURE! ✨
We are incredibly grateful to Meet Up Travel Agency for being our trusted partner on this year’s Fastbooks company trip to Vietnam! Finding the right travel agency wasn’t easy — we needed one that could take care of all the details so we could relax and enjoy without unnecessary stress. We knew no trip is completely free of challenges, but Meet Up Travel handled every situation with such grace and efficiency. A massive shout-out to Lena, Evie, and Nyx — the three wonderful ladies who welcomed us at the airport — you set such a positive tone from the moment we arrived! 🩷 We touched down at Noi Bai International Airport on March 28, and almost immediately faced a small hurdle: one of our team’s luggage was left behind in Manila. With a 6-hour transfer to Sapa ahead of us, we put our full trust in Meet Up Travel — and they delivered. They worked closely with airport staff, kept us updated, and did everything possible to locate and deliver the missing luggage straight to us in Sapa. The sleeper bus arranged for the journey was spacious and comfortable, and our driver was professional and cautious — we knew right away this was going to be an amazing trip. Upon arriving in Sapa, we were greeted by breathtaking views at Panorama Sapa Hotel. Every room was fantastic, and we loved that the hotel was just a short walk from Sun Plaza Mall — super convenient for exploring! Over our 2 days in Sapa, our tour guide Dan was absolutely incredible. Attentive, patient, and always ready to help, he took wonderful care of our group of 22 people. Whether guiding us up Fansipan or sharing deep insights into local culture and daily life in Sapa, he made every stop meaningful and fun. We were also blown away by the scenery at Moana Cafe — sipping coffee while surrounded by those views was pure relaxation. On day two, we conquered our fears at the Glass Bridge — the views were just as spectacular as those at Fansipan! We took unforgettable group photos on the rainbow stairs and paused to feel grateful we could experience such beauty together. We also visited Cat Cat Village, where we learned about local traditions and had the time of our lives zooming down the rainbow slide — it was such a blast! Before leaving Sapa, Dan surprised us all with handcrafted anklets — such a thoughtful gesture that touched every single one of us. Sapa has truly stolen a piece of our hearts; the cool weather and peaceful, simple charm of the city made it feel like a home away from home. ❤️ Unfortunately, our transfer back to Hanoi started off on the wrong foot. The sleeper bus driver was rude and inattentive, and instead of dropping us at the agreed bus station, he left us by the roadside — with more than 20 pieces of luggage to manage. Worst of all, one of our younger companions nearly got hit by a motorbike while crossing the busy street. It was a really scary and traumatizing moment, especially since we’d already heard how busy the traffic can be in Vietnam. But once again, Nyx, Lena, and Evie stepped in immediately. They contacted the driver, sorted everything out, and treated us to a lovely meal at a beautiful restaurant — turning a stressful day into a wonderful evening. Thank you for always having our backs! We’d also love to thank the team at Aurora Central Hotel — you were so warm and accommodating! The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of international options, and the staff even helped us find the best shops in the Old Quarter. We truly enjoyed our stay there. Our 2 days of exploring Hanoi were just as memorable. We especially loved the traditional hat-making workshop, where Ms. Trang patiently walked us through the craft and explained the deep cultural meaning these hats hold for local villagers. And of course, shopping in the Old Quarter was a highlight! The prices are so affordable, and the quality is excellent — even better than many things we find back in the Philippines. 🛍️ On our final day, we were already talking about when we could return — this trip was short, but filled with so much joy and beauty. None of this would have been possible without Meet Up Travel Agency. Thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to arrange our accommodation, tours, and transport, and thank you to the whole team for being reliable, kind, and truly dedicated to making sure we had the best time. Awesome Travel Experience with Meetup
My solo trip to Sapa and Hanoi, Vietnam was truly memorable, and it was all thanks to Meetup Travel. From the planning and coordination stage to the entire trip itself, their team was highly responsive, organized, and committed to making sure everything went smoothly. Happy vietnam trips
The meetup travel exceeded my expectations. Since the beginning of our trip, the tour guide toured us to many places and even introduced us to various vietnamese foods, it is tiring because we walked all around the old quarter but it is very fun since there are so many people strolling too. Our trip in sapa is also fun because of the activities and the view, and the tour guide is so nice and fun to be with, we won’t forget her. Seamless and Hassle-Free Vietnam Experience with Meetup Travel
We had an amazing experience with Meetup Travel! From the moment we arrived until our departure back to the Philippines, everything was smooth, seamless, and completely hassle-free. All arrangements were well-organized—we literally just had to show up and ride the shuttles. It made the entire trip so convenient and stress-free. A big shoutout to our tour guides - Tu Tu in Sapa and Lucy in Ha Long Bay. Both were incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely friendly. They made every part of the tour engaging and fun, and we truly enjoyed exploring with them. We also want to thank our assigned travel agent, Lena, who ensured that every part of our trip was well taken care of, and Allie, who handled all our bookings and reservations flawlessly. Beauty of Sapa, enhanced by Meet Up Travel.
We have just returned from a truly memorable 5-day trip to Sapa, and I cannot recommend Meet Up Travel highly enough. Although we have visited Vietnam several times and explored many different cities, this was the very first time we decided to engage a tour company—and what a wonderful decision it turned out to be. Wonderful experience
Excellent planning and helpful bunch of staff! They were attentive to our needs and made plans to suit the dynamics of the group - We travelled as a family with elderly and young children! Meetup for Vietnam is right choice
I usually plan all my vacations on my own, but for our recent family trip to Vietnam, I decided to go with Meet-up Vietnam—and it was worth every penny. To be honest, I initially had some hesitation about using a travel agency, especially since the team is quite young. But now that the trip is complete, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I made. They took care of absolutely everything—from fast-track airport immigration to organizing a wide range of activities across the country. Traveling with family often involves a lot of coordination, but they handled all the bookings seamlessly, including cabs, hotels, and tour arrangements. I literally didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was well-organized, delivered on time, and all updates were conveniently shared via WhatsApp with complete details. One of the biggest helps was their support in communicating with locals, especially in places where people only spoke Vietnamese. That made our experience so much smoother and stress-free. The main reason I’m writing this review, though, is something truly exceptional. My son accidentally left his watch on a bus to Sapa. We informed the Meet-up team, and what they did next was incredible—they tracked it down, retrieved it, and ensured it was delivered back to us at Ho Chi Minh airport. It honestly felt like a fairy tale, but they made it happen. I would highly recommend Meet-up Vietnam to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing 12 days family holiday in Vietnam organised by Meet Up Travel Vietnam.
