Cancellation policy
Hotels, Cruises & Group Tours
Refunds and cancellations for hotels and cruises are subject to each hotel's or cruise's policy
We will support you in reviewing and processing these policies on a case-by-case basis
Free cancellation for group tours: up to 2 days before departure
50% cancellation fee: for cancellations made before 6:00 PM the day prior to departure
100% cancellation fee: for cancellations made after 6:00 PM the day prior to departure
Private Tours
Free cancellation: up to 7 days before departure
50% cancellation fee: for cancellations made within 4-7 days before departure
100% cancellation fee: for cancellations made within 3 days of departure
Note: In case of cancellation within 3 days, a small partial refund may be issued for non-fixed services such as meals or entrance tickets. This amount is usually minimal and will be calculated individually at the time of cancellation.
